On Sunday, October 25, Daylight Saving Time ends, and clocks go back one hour. Below, you’ll find what to expect in the app and on your watch, and whether you need to do anything.
Polsen Health app’s Timeline
After the clock change, your Timeline may appear off, and activities, sleep, and check-ins may be shifted by one hour. This is expected behaviour, and no action is required. The app will adjust automatically within a few days.
The NOWATCH B watch hands
The watch hands on your NOWATCH B may not update automatically after the clock change. If the time appears off by one hour, you will need to recalibrate it through the app.
To update the time on your NOWATCH B:
- Open the Polsen Health app and ensure your watch is connected.
- Tap the watch icon at the top right of the Home tab to open Device Details.
- Tap Set the time and follow the in-app instructions to recalibrate the watch hands. Find more details in this article: How to set the time on your NOWATCH B

The NOWATCH X Time Disc
The Time Disc on your NOWATCH X does not update automatically after a clock change. You will need to adjust the time manually by rotating the Time Disc dial.
To update the time on your Time Disc:
- Remove the Time Disc from your NOWATCH X case.
- Rotate the Time Disc dial to set the correct time.
- Reinsert the disc into the case.
