About this feature
Menstrual cycle tracking is available to all users, but you can choose whether to enable it in Settings.
Cycle tracking helps you better understand your body by connecting your menstrual cycle with your daily health data—so you can gain deeper, more personalised insights.
Your cycle data is personal. We protect it with encryption and never share your health data with third parties. You’re always in control of what you track and who can see it.

Predictions
The app uses your past cycle data to estimate:
- When your next period may start
- When your current period may end
- Your cycle phase estimates, including follicular phase, fertile window, ovulation, and luteal phase (iOS).
- Your ovulation days (iOS).
The more cycles you track, the more personalized these estimates can become.
Where to see your predictions
-
On iOS, your period predictions appear as empty drops in the Home card. On Android, you'll see your cycle day and period information.
iOS Home card Android Home card - Period predictions also appear as red dashed circles in the calendar (iOS and Android)
- Fertile window is shown in blue in the calendar (iOS only)
-
Ovulation is shown as a blue dashed circle in the calendar (iOS only)
-
You can turn period predictions on or off at any time in Settings
- On iOS, you can also choose whether to show cycle phase estimates in Settings
How predictions work
When you have logged fewer than 6 recent cycles, predictions are based on your initial setup (your selected period length and cycle length).
As you log more cycles, predictions automatically update using your recent data for greater accuracy.
Turning period predictions off will hide and pause period predictions until you enable them again.
Viewing cycle data
In the Home tab:
Scroll down to view:
- Your current cycle day
- The number of days remaining until your next period
- Your next cycle prediction (iOS only)
In the Overview:
When cycle tracking is tapped:
-
You’ll see red indicators (columns or dots) in your Overview charts and a bar with drop icons below your Overview charts.
- This allows you to compare your cycle data with:
- Cumulative Stress
- Intense Activity
- Resting Heart Rate
- Sleep
- Heart Rate Variability
- Skin Temperature
To hide cycle data from the charts:
- Tap Cycle again in the Overview
On iOS
Both Feelings and Cycle can be activated at the same time. When Cycle is active, a visual bar appears below the charts showing your cycle phases, each colour-coded for easy reading.
On Android
Only one toggle can be active at a time. When Cycle is selected, Feelings is greyed out. Period days are shown as red bars in your charts.
Cycle details screen (iOS only)
Note: This screen is currently available on iOS only. It's coming to Android soon.
How to access the Cycle details screen
To access your cycle details:
- Tap Overview at the bottom of the screen
- Select Cycle at the bottom of the screen
-
Tap Cycle details.
Reading your cycle details
On this screen, you’ll see a real-time summary of where you are in your cycle. Within Cycle details, you can also find your cycle averages and full cycle history.
Depending on your settings, you can see:
- Your current cycle day and start date
- Your current cycle phase (when predictions and phases are enabled)
- How many days are left for your next predicted period
Cycle averages
Cycle averages are calculated based on your last 6 completed cycles and give you a snapshot of your typical patterns:
- Cycle length — the median number of days from one period to the next
- Cycle variation — the range between your shortest and longest recent cycles
- Period length — the median number of days from the first to the last day of your period
Note: The current cycle is not included in these calculations as it hasn't ended yet. Averages become available once you have logged at least 6 completed cycles.
Cycle history
Cycle history gives you a full overview of all your past cycles organised by year. For each cycle, you can see the cycle duration, date range, and phases.
When cycle phases are turned on, your cycle shows as colour-coded bars. Here's what each colour and symbol means:
- Red drops: your period days
- Blue bar: your follicular phase
- Green bar: your luteal phase
- Pill-shaped icon: your fertile window
- White dot: your ovulation day
- Filled triangle: today
You can swipe horizontally on cycle bars to see longer cycles that may not fit fully on screen.
