Polsen Health data you can sync to Apple Health
You can choose to sync all or some of the following Polsen Health data to Apple Health:
- Heart Rate
- Steps
- Workouts (activity)
- Sleep
Good to know: Only activity types that Apple Health supports are exported. Polsen Health custom activities, such as Watching TV or Meditation, won't show up there. For sleep, only automatically detected sleep is exported. Sleep you add manually stays in our app.

- Open the Home screen of your Polsen Health app and go to Settings (gear icon at the top left).
-
Under Settings & Data Controls, toggle Apple Health on.
- A pop-up will appear asking you to allow Polsen Health to write data to Apple Health. It will prompt you to open your phone's Settings.
-
Tap Open Settings.
-
In your iPhone’s Settings screen, go to Health → Data Access & Devices → Polsen Health and enable the relevant permissions.
- Return to the Polsen Health app: the integration is now active.
How to disable Apple Health
You can turn off the integration at any time directly from the app:
- Open the Polsen Health app and go to Settings.
- Under Settings & Data Controls, tap Apple Health.

Good to know: You can turn this integration on or off at any time from your Polsen Health Settings screen. Your data remains yours: Disabling the integration stops new data from being written to Apple Health.
